The situation

 

Head London is a leading, international software innovation agency, specialising in providing online solutions for blue chip companies. They needed to tighten up their sales pitches and make sure their senior team were all singing in the same choir. 

 

Where we came in

 

Head London’s CEO asked us to create a series of spoken sales pitches based on case studies, and to make sure that every member of the senior management team could deliver those pitches with equal gusto and conviction.

Head supplied us with the outline of their company strategy: their aims, objectives and philosophy; and with some anecdotal outlines and reflections on work they had carried out for 6 major clients.

Our job was to put all that information into the mix and come up with a series of case studies, which could be spoken with fluency and ease; that summed up Head’s ethos and detailed the precise nature and impact of their tech work.
 

The challenge for us was to strike the right tone to represent Head London while managing to capture the detail and nuance of the excellent work they had achieved with each client; at the same time as making sure that each sales pitch or case study worked as a performable, speak-able script.

 

The results

 

We produced both long and short versions of each case study, and a selection of elevator pitches and introductions for the Head team and their CEO - giving Head a common language and shared approach to selling their expertise globally.
